1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Masta Labs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Masta Labs' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display, attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Masta Labs' website, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Service Description
Masta Labs provides SaaS development, AI automation tools, web and mobile app development, and product incubation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website and services are owned by Masta Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Masta Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Masta Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
